How does rent reporting work? +
You choose a package, connect the account you use for rent through Plaid, and select the rent transaction Buzzy should use for reporting.
How long until my rent appears on my credit report? +
Timing depends on when you finish setup, submission cycles, and bureau processing. We do not promise a specific reporting date.
Do I need landlord paperwork? +
No. Buzzy uses connected payment data and transaction selection instead of landlord forms or signature chasing.
Can I report past rent payments? +
Catch-Up is designed to bring in up to 24 months of past rent transactions at setup, alongside the ongoing Grow plan.
Which bureaus do you report to? +
Reporting coverage depends on the product configuration and partners in place when you enroll. The current reporting path is shown during setup before you continue.
Can I cancel anytime? +
You can cancel recurring service before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Is my data secure? +
We use Plaid for bank connection and aim to limit direct handling of credentials and sensitive data. Like any online service, no system can promise absolute security.
